Ingredients:
- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Grease a 9x9-inch 23x23 cm baking pan and preheat your oven to 350F 175C
Melted butter, eggs, and brownie mix should all be combined in a mixing bowl
Blend until thoroughly blended
Evenly distribute half of the brownie batter into the pan that has been ready
On top of the brownie batter, scatter the graham cracker crumbs
After that, arrange the semisweet chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top of the graham cracker crumbs
Evenly distribute the leftover brownie batter over the layer of chocolate chips and marshmallows
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out slightly moistened with crumbs
Make the torched peanut butter frosting while the brownies are baking
Put the heavy cream and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl
Warm the mixture in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, or until stirring is simple
Until the frosting is smooth and well combined, stir in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar
After the brownies are baked, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool for a short while
Evenly cover the slightly cooled brownies with the torched peanut butter frosting
Gently torch the frosting with a kitchen torch until it begins to caramelize and turn a light brown
Before cutting the brownies into squares and serving, allow them to cool completely
