Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground corned beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Irish cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices Irish cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Dijon mustard
- Pickles
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground corned beef, breadcrumbs, grated Irish cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and black pepper
Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized burger patties
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Irish cheddar cheese on each burger patty and allow it to melt
While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are slightly crispy
To assemble the burgers, spread Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each toasted bun
Place a lettuce leaf and sliced tomatoes on top of the mustard
Once the burger patties with melted cheese are ready, place them on top of the tomatoes
Add pickles on top of the burgers
Finally, place the top half of the toasted bun over the pickles to complete the burger
Serve your St
Paddy's Corned Beef Burgers with Irish Cheddar Cheese hot and enjoy!
