Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 4 cups filtered water
- 2-3 dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 vanilla bean, scraped
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Soak the raw almonds in water overnight or for at least 8 hours
Drain and rinse the soaked almonds thoroughly
In a blender, combine the soaked almonds, filtered water, pitted dates, vanilla extract or scraped vanilla bean, and a pinch of salt
